Retail workflow update!

Did you know that Scrive has a strong presence in the retail POS market?

We have over the last two years been developing and rolling out our retail solution to a numerous of customers.

Some customers with only a single location to enterprise customers with 100+ stores across entire countries.Here´s a video showing how it works and how easy it is to get going.

And today, we are making it possible for our customers to initiate a new document workflow based on a new document.

This means that if you need your customers to sign an additional document during the same session, we now make it possible with just intiating one workflow.


A car rental company needs their customers to sign a damage assessment after signing the rental agreement and before collecting their rental car.

We now initiate the damage assessment document with pre-filled data from the rental agreement and make it ready to be signed on the tablet in the store with just the click of a button.

  • Trigger a separate document when a new document is sent to Scrive
  • Pre-fill the separate document with data from the new document that initiated the workflow
  • Be able to initiate a custom document based on a user
