Scrive for Salesforce – September 2017 Update

We are starting this fall with a new release of our Salesforce package.

As always, the latest version is available from the Salesforce Appexchange.

eID support for Norway and Denmark

We are now adding support for eID in both Norway and Denmark.
To use eID authentication to view a document, you need to define the personal number of the person you are sending to since that person will be the only one able to access the document after a successful authentication using either Swedish (BankID), Norwegian (BankID) or Danish (NemID) eID.

Support for Lightning Files

Adding support for “Lightning files” due to Attachments being deprecated in Lightning Experience.

Adding Display Options

We added the display options for the Scrive document signing view as configurable options.

You can now, remove the header, footer and turn off the possibility to reject a document directly in the process template or when manually sending a document from within Salesforce.

API Delivery

Add the picklist value API on the field Scrive Process Template Party.Delivery Method.

API delivery is useful if you would like to get the signature link for each party in a custom field to be used in another process. For example, if you would like to send the invitation email to sign from within Salesforce instead of using Scrive’s built in email functionality.
