Scrive’s core service recently suffered issues, causing downtime from 13:12 – 21:14 CEST on 2021-05-03 and then again from approximately 05:00-08:13 CEST 2021-05-04. This led us to roll back the service to 01:30 CEST on 2021-05-03.
Our main priority is to make our customers feel secure as trust is fundamental to all businesses. This is why we wanted to reach out to you as soon as possible to apologise and give you an update.
We are now fully up and running and we want to assure you that there has been no breach regarding your personal data. In order to minimise the impact of this outage we have put all our resources to work at solving this as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are experiencing any further issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
In an effort to provide the best possible service to our growing number of customers, we always look to proactively put measures in place that keep us running smoothly, updating our service as we go. Yesterday we had an issue with one of these updates, causing the aforementioned incident.
Although you may not currently see this in your system, the vast majority of contracts that have been signed in the downtime periods have been secured in our systems and will be shared with you as soon as possible.
For answers to the questions we expect that you have, please access our blog. We will keep this page, as well as our status page, updated with more in-depth information as well as a full incident report with root cause analysis in the coming days. However if you have any urgent and unanswered questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. They have all the latest information and will be able to provide you with the quickest and most up to date answers.
Again, our deepest apologies.
