The Scrive integration makes it possible to get a signed employment agreement within minutes of making the hiring decision. Based on templates for standard employment agreements, the integration not only saves time but eliminates errors and enforces internal policies. When a new employee record is created, the agreement template relevant to that role is auto populated with the data entered, and the document is automatically sent for approval and e-signing.
To ensure that only authorised parties can access and sign agreements, the Scrive templates enable digital ID verification out of the box, with support for Scrive’s growing suite of electronic identity (eID) services. Integrated eID means a low-friction experience that provides security and gives confidence to both candidate and employer.
