What is the cost of adding eIDs?

What is the notice period if I don't want to continue with Scrive?
You need to let us know three months before your contract with us expires if you don’t want to extend it.
How many documents can I send?
We offer unlimited documents.
Do I really need a licence? I just want to send a few documents.
If you only have a few documents to sign, you could use our 30-day free trial. However, if you want to send documents after those 30 days, you will need to get a license.
Can we share one license at my company?
No. All licenses are personal, and you need to have a licence for everyone that is sending documents. Each user in Scrive Online needs to be connected to a specific person for audit trail and data security reasons.
Can we mix different price plans at the same company?
No, all users within one company will have access to the same features.
Does each signatory need a license?
Only the initiator of a contract needs a Scrive license.

What is included in the free trial?
We want to give you the most out of your 30-day free trial which means that most of our eSign Online functions are available in the free trial. Some features require a separate set-up for example eID verification, and some integrations that need custom set-up are not included in the free trial.
Why are eIDs not included in the trial version?
