Scrive news and updates: December 2020

Welcome to the December 2020 edition of the Scrive newsletter! Keep up to date on new features, product releases and new integrations. We’re always happy to hear from you about what new functionality you’d like to see and what we can do better.

ISO 27001 certification

Last month PECB MS certified Scrive for ISO/IEC 27001:2013, an information security certification that helps organizations make the information assets they hold more secure by detailing requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS).

“This is a big milestone for us at Scrive”, says CEO Vikor Wrede. “Trust being at the core of our business, becoming ISO 27001 certified has been at the top of our list for a long time. This certification communicates not only that we take information security seriously, but that we are able to show it.”

Feature releases

We released two new features to make you more productive when working with eSign:

Manage your work better with the “To sign” view

There’s a new category in your E-archive: “To sign”, which displays documents that you have been invited to sign and still need to sign.

Save time and clicks by setting a default template

Do you almost always send the same document for signing? Now you can set the template for that document as your default, and each time you start a new process, it will be loaded in the design view, ready for sending.

New integrations

MS Office

The eSign Add-in allows Microsoft Office users to launch and manage electronic signature workflows directly from Word and other Office apps.

Hubspot

The integration of Scrive eSign into Hubspot enables sales teams to launch and manage e-signing processes directly from their Hubspot account so they can shorten sales cycles and get higher conversion rates by running the entire sales funnel through Hubspot.

CRM-service

Sign and manage documents with Scrive directly from your CRM-service account. Closing deals by e-signing provides greater visibility into revenue processes, reduces manual tasks and eliminates data errors.

Creditro

The integration of eSign into Creditro’s anti-fraud and compliance solutions enables Creditro’s customers to offer a faster, digital onboarding process to their customers.

Cordel

Norwegian ERP and project management system for craftsmen Cordel has integrated eSign to enable all Norwegian users to sign documents electronically from within the Cordel SaaS platform.
