Multi Authentication Selection

Multi Authentication Selection (MAS) lets you present several identity options in a polished, ready-to-use interface, saving time and effort.

Give users the freedom to choose their preferred identification method, without extra development.

When your customers come from different markets, offering only one identification method can be severely limiting. Scrive’s Multi Authentication Selection (MAS) feature lets you present several identity options in a single signing or identification flow, all within a polished, ready-to-use interface.

With MAS, you save development time, reduce maintenance, and deliver a smoother end-user experience.

One interface. Multiple eIDs.

Instead of creating separate transactions for each eID, MAS removes that complexity. Simply stack multiple authentication methods in one request to the MAS endpoint and the user will see a clean, prebuilt selection screen.

MAS unifies provider handling into a single flow while retaining nearly all provider-specific functionality, so you can enjoy all the benefits while retaining depth. This is available in 18 languages and allows the end-user to choose their preferred identification method before continuing.

Whether they use BankID, Freja eID, MitID or another supported provider, MAS makes multi-market identification seamless.

Designed for eID Hub

MAS is available out of the box for all existing eID Hub API customers, free of charge. The feature introduces a new endpoint and frontend layer that handle the user-facing selection screen for you.

Simpler multi-market authentication: Offer the right eIDs for every user, without extra integration work.

Better experience for signatories: Let users identify themselves with what they already trust and use daily.

Out-of-the-box performance: Scrive’s ready-made selector screen is optimised for usability, accessibility and speed.

Future-ready: As new eIDs and markets are added, your system is ready, no new frontend development required.

Soon available in eSign

When it becomes available in Scrive eSign, you will be able to let signatories choose how they identify themselves in the signing flow, all within your configured authentication options.

This gives you full control over authentication setup while simplifying the experience for signatories.
