2024 was a year of solid steps forward—growth you can measure, achievements you can point to, and tools that make a real difference. At Scrive, we’ve been building steadily, brick by brick, to support our customers in navigating their most critical workflows. And we’re not slowing down.

Growth that tells a story

We welcomed 2,000 new customers—enterprises, small businesses, and everyone in between. Today, we proudly serve 11,306 customers across 61 countries.

Some growth stands out:

• Enterprise customers led the charge, growing 26%.
• The BFSI sector surged with 34% growth, proving that trust and efficiency win big in complex industries.
• And while Real Estate remains our largest sector, the Automotive industry is primed for acceleration in 2025.

We believe great tools should be holistically efficient, making complex tasks simple, secure, and seamless. In 2024, we brought this philosophy to life with tools designed to meet today’s demands:

• Signing Groups: Approvals involving multiple stakeholders often lead to delays. This feature changes that by requiring only the necessary signatures, keeping things moving without unnecessary holdups.
• Contract end date & expiration reminders: Deadlines sneak up on everyone. This tool ensures they don’t catch you off guard.
• ID-Check enhancements: With increasingly tight regulations, trust is paramount. This feature ensures every signer is who they say they are.

The industry moves; we stay ahead

2024 brought meaningful change to the digital signature landscape. eIDAS 2.0 introduced stricter compliance rules, particularly for cross-border transactions. AI advancements began reshaping how contracts are analyzed and executed, setting new expectations.

Every day, we process 180,000 documents—each one a step forward for our customers. Our 119 partners are integral to this journey, helping us expand, refine, and deliver at scale.

Real Estate continues to be our strongest foundation, while Automotive is accelerating rapidly, setting the stage for an exciting 2025.
