Mads Rebsdorf

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mads is the CEO of Scrive, a European leader in electronic signatures and identity. Before joining Scrive, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at Kahoot!, where he led the commercialisation and global sales scale-up. Previously, Mads was Managing Director at Visma Denmark, building one of Northern Europe’s leading cloud companies, serving more than half of Danish businesses. His earlier career includes roles at Oracle, as well as experience as a developer and entrepreneur. Mads holds an MSc in Business and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School and lives in Denmark with his wife and three children.

Camillo Gerhardus

Chief of Staff (CoS)

Camillo Gerhardus is Chief of Staff at Scrive, driving M&A, strategic initiatives, board reporting, and executive alignment. Before joining Scrive, he served as Director of Finance at Contractbook in Copenhagen, leading RevOps, finance, billing, and accounting, while overseeing board reporting and contributing to the executive team. Earlier in his career, he worked in finance at Airbnb in Paris. Camillo holds a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of International Business Administration from the University of Vienna. Having lived in cities around the world, he now calls his hometown of Vienna home, where he enjoys football, tennis, skiing, hiking, books, art, and museums.

Monir Gueblaoui

Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Monir Gueblaoui is Chief Product Officer at Scrive, shaping product strategy across the company’s platform for electronic signatures, digital identity, and agreement management. Since joining Scrive in 2018 and becoming CPO in 2024, he has helped drive its evolution from a trusted signing tool into a comprehensive agreement platform. Monir holds a degree in Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University. Born and raised in Stockholm, he brings the same discipline to life outside work, with a passion for an active lifestyle and a background in amateur martial arts.

Peter Carlstedt

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
Peter Carlstedt is Chief Legal Officer at Scrive, overseeing the company’s legal, compliance, and information security functions. Since joining Scrive in 2013, he has held several leadership roles, including VP of Strategic Development, and brings a practical perspective to navigating complex legal and compliance frameworks across electronic signatures and digital identity. Peter holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University, specialising in commercial law, and lives north of Stockholm with his family, where he enjoys an active life centred around hunting, skiing, motorbikes, and nature.

Stina de Hevesy

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Stina de Hevesy is Chief Human Resources Officer at Scrive, shaping the company’s people strategy, culture, and employee experience. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, she focuses on organisational growth, leadership development, and talent retention. Her career includes leadership roles at Academic Work and Rocket Internet. Stina holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Linköping University, complemented by studies in Behavioral Science and an HR Certificate from the University of San Diego. She lives north of Stockholm with her husband and three sons, where she enjoys tending to her garden and foraging for mushrooms in the forest.

Tage Borg

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Tage Borg is Chief Technology Officer at Scrive, a role he has held since 2016. With more than 30 years of experience working with internet-connected systems and over 20 years in regulated industries, he brings deep technical expertise to Scrive’s technology and product development. Tage has an educational background in mathematics and computer science. He lives in Stockholm with his wife and whichever of their two children happens to be at home at the time.

Viktor Wrede

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Viktor Wrede is Chief Commercial Officer at Scrive, where he drives the company’s commercial strategy and growth. As a co-founder of Scrive in 2010 and CEO from 2017 to 2023, Viktor has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, market expansion, and commercial operations throughout his career in SaaS and technology. Viktor holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his children at their handball and football tournaments, and making the most of his home gym.
