iManage offers e-signing through Scrive

iManage users can now launch and manage document signing workflows from iManage Work, driving efficiency and security.

The integration of eSign, Scrive’s electronic signature service, into the iManage Work platform means the entire signing process begins and ends in iManage, so there’s no chance of losing an agreement.

The Scrive service makes it possible to sign agreements on any connected device, wherever the signatory is, and iManage users can monitor the progress of the signing process at a glance, eliminating manual follow-up tasks. Once all parties have signed, the agreement is automatically stored back in iManage.

There’s no need for uploading, downloading, scanning or emailing to get a document signed. No need to switch to another digital tool: do everything from within the iManage workspace.

To save time, you can create templates for your standardised agreements. Scrive agreement templates auto-populate with signatory contact data from iManage, which eliminates manual data entry and reduces errors.

To protect contracts and the data they contain, the Scrive service offers ID verification as an integrated step in the signing experience. To make sure only authorised people can access and sign the contract, signatories can authenticate themselves with any of the many eIDs and authentication services Scrive supports, including Bank ID, iDIN, MitID and Onfido.
