Scrive and FlexigoTech partner to bring European e-signature and eID to Odoo
Posted by Jon-Thor Sigurleifsson

Scrive and FlexigoTech have partnered to launch the Scrive Connector for Odoo. This integration brings Scrive eSign directly into the Odoo ERP, allowing companies to send, track and archive agreements securely without leaving their core business system.
For many businesses, managing agreements means documents get lost in email threads or end up scattered across shared drives, leading to compliance gaps and missed renewals. Historically, teams have had to juggle disconnected systems or resort to printing, signing and scanning documents. With the Scrive Connector, users can initiate signing from where the work already happens, whether that is a quotation, customer invoice, purchase order, delivery note or employee contract.
Built with European compliance and local eID preferences in mind, the integration works with the eID methods enabled on the customer’s own Scrive account. Signings with Swedish BankID, Norwegian BankID (qualified electronic signature), Danish MitID, Finnish FTN and iDIN have been verified end to end, and further methods offered by Scrive, such as Freja, Smart-ID and itsme, are supported through the same account.
Once all parties have signed, everything comes back into Odoo automatically. The status per signer is updated, the sealed PDF alongside the complete evidence package is archived on the record, and sales orders are confirmed instantly once all parties have signed.
Several features set the connector apart. Each signer can be required to identify with an eID before they can even open the document, using Scrive’s authentication to view, verified end to end with Swedish BankID, Danish MitID and iDIN. With Scrive eID Hub, the Odoo customer portal can also ask a customer to verify their identity with an eID before it opens any document waiting for their signature, and it only opens it if the verified identity matches the contact on record.
“Most Odoo teams still print, sign and scan. With Scrive inside Odoo, a quotation, an employment contract or a purchase order is signed with BankID or MitID in a couple of clicks, and the sealed document lands back on the same record. Nothing is copied between systems, and the evidence is there if anyone ever asks.”

“Integrating Scrive’s eID and e-signature capabilities directly into Odoo offers companies operating in Europe a seamless and secure signing process that builds customer trust while bridging operational efficiency with legal certainty,” adds Sigrid Green Salmonson, Partner Sales Manager at Scrive. “As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under EU eIDAS, documents signed with Scrive meet the highest legal standards of e-signature in the EU.“
To see the integration in action, explore the live demo at flexigotech.com/demo or install the Scrive Connector directly from the Odoo App Store. The connector runs on the customer’s own Scrive licences, contracted directly with Scrive: Scrive eSign for signing, and Scrive eID Hub for the portal identity check.
The connector ships in 11 languages: English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. It is a maintained and commercially supported app for Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20, now available on the Odoo App Store.
FlexigoTech also offers installation, configuration and customisation of the connector — including connecting the customer’s Scrive eSign and eID Hub accounts, custom document types, eID requirements per signer and tailored signing flows. Contact comercial@flexigobe.com.
