Scrive is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with SuccessDay, a leading HRIT implementation and Workday advisory partner dedicated to optimising the employee journey. Together, Scrive and SuccessDay are launching a seamless integration that connects Scrive’s electronic signature solution directly with Workday.
For HR departments in large organisations, managing the lifecycle of employee documentation — from offer letters to internal policy updates — can often be a manual and fragmented process. This new integration, developed and offered by SuccessDay, bridges the gap between Workday’s powerful Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities and Scrive’s secure, compliant e-signing platform.
Automating the employee lifecycle
HR professionals can now manage the entire agreement process within Workday, thanks to the Scrive Workday integration, which is compatible with all Workday modules. This digitalisation significantly enhances security and reduces administrative time by streamlining workflows.
- Document generation: Contracts and agreements are generated directly within Workday using existing employee data.
- Seamless signing: The document is sent from Workday for signing, allowing the recipient to sign securely on any device using Scrive e-signing and the preferred eID (e.g. BankID, Itsme, Swisscom, Verimi).
- Automatic filing: Once signed, the document is automatically returned to Workday and the file is securely stored in the Worker profile.
