Scenario
In your HR role, you sent out the company policy update to over 400 employees for signature using the Bulk send feature. The signing deadline you set has now passed, and 93 employees still haven’t signed: your E-archive contains 93 documents with status Timed out:

In the dialog, set the number of days to extend the signing deadline for all selected documents, and then click Prolong:

More productivity tips:
- “Who needs to sign this?” Make sure your document gets the right person’s signature with Forward sign
- Make approval processes a seamless part of your signing workflows by assigning an Approver party
- Highlight key areas of your agreement for your signer so they stand out against the forest of legalese
- Save time and clicks by extending the deadline for multiple documents in one step.
