Comas Group initially implemented Scrive within A+W Software, its largest subsidiary, in 2021. The rapid success and clear benefits quickly demonstrated the potential for broader application. The implementation of Scrive to affiliates outside of A+W Software was primarily a “greenfield” project, as they lacked existing digital solutions for document signing. This made onboarding relatively straightforward and it was easy to immediately see the new process adding value.
While initial concerns about digital signatures existed, particularly in the German market, internal adoption quickly grew. Scrive’s intuitive interface and clear process made it easy for employees to understand and use the platform. External adoption among customers and partners also improved over time, with the added benefit of significantly reducing turnaround times for international agreements. On top of this, Comas Group has seen positive feedback from new joiners impressed with the use of digital solutions like e-signing in their hiring process as this has not been especially common in the German market in the past.
